Our team specializes in Phase II, III and IV clinical trials. While many of our trials focus on aesthetic drugs, devices, and topical agents, we also have experience with medical Dermatology and Ophthalmology trials. We have a vast range of knowledge, experience, and capabilities in Clinical Trial design, development and execution.
We maintain extremely high standards that are above the industry norm. All data is entered same day for subject visits and all queries are addressed within 3 days. Our site has completed multiple random/over enrollment Sponsor/FDA audits with no findings or 483s.

Our Performance
Our site consistently enrolls at 100% of contracted subjects. In 90% of our trials, we are able to overenroll. We also maintain a retention rate of >90%. We also specialize in enrolling diverse populations, especially those with Fitzpatrick Skin Types IV-VI.
Facility
Our site meets the important criteria established for performing clinical research including dedicated space for patient examination, a private room for study monitors, limited access to all study documents, temperature monitoring for study Investigational Product in locked ambient cabinet, refrigerators used only for clinical research products, and a -20degree C freezer. We also maintain all standard instrumentation and testing requirements such as annually calibrated thermometers, scales, vital sign machine, centrifuge, phlebotomy skills, medical photography equipment and others.
Ideal Nashville Location
Our practice is located on the campus of Centennial Medical Center, in the heart of downtown Nashville. This gives us the luxury to have emergency room care only 100 yards away. We are also very easily accessible to our monitors, with an international airport also close by.
