What to Except in Treatment
SofwaveTM treatments are performed in the office without anesthesia or sedation. Prior to treatment, numbing cream is applied to the skin for 30-45 minutes. Treatments take 30-45 minutes, depending on the area treated.
There is minimal downtime after treatment, but your skin may be pink for the remainder of the day. Mild swelling is also normal and typically resolves quickly.
While some patients undergo only a single treatment, a series of treatments can provide best results.
