Summer sun exposure can lead to a range of skin concerns including pigmentation, fine lines and wrinkles, and uneven texture. The UltraClear 3DMIRACL treatment produces a “healthy glow” while helping to reduce fine lines and wrinkles, skin discoloration, and improve overall skin texture.
The UltraClear 3DMIRACL is a superficial laser treatment with minimal downtime. Patients can enjoy significant improvements in their skin’s appearance without the lengthy recovery period associated with more invasive options. Additionally, any skin tone can safely benefit from this treatment, including darker skin types!
The 3DMIRACL is performed without anesthesia and the entire face can typically be treated in 10 minutes or less. After the treatment, your skin may be pink for one to two days with mild peeling or flaking. Makeup can be applied the next day and most patients resume their regular activities immediately following treatment.
The ideal candidates for UltraClearTM 3DMIRACL treatments have mild to moderate sun damage who would like to effectively improve the appearance of their skin with minimal discomfort, downtime or recovery. Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) improves the appearance of sun-damaged skin, particularly darker brown “age” spots and red discoloration on the face, neck, arms, hands, chest, back, and legs.
IPL treatments are performed in the office and do not require any anesthesia. Depending on the size of the treatment area, IPL sessions are relatively quick, often taking only 20-30 minutes per session.
Most patients see best results after a series of four to six treatments. There is no significant downtime after IPL treatment; your skin’s dark spots will temporarily turn darker and then flake off after several days. Most patients resume their normal schedules without interruption.
