The injectable treatment plan valued tup to $1,500 will be developed by physician during the initial consultation. Full treatment plan recommendation may exceed the $1,500 + CO2lift treatment contest prize value. Should the patient choose to pursue the full treatment plan, additional cost would be the responsibility of the patient. Biesman, MD to use for marketing purposes on the web, social media, and other outlets for the use of this Mother’s Day promotion and future promotional use, to include posting before/after photos on our website.
